We regret to inform you that QuickPhrase has been discontinued.
Despite this, we understand the importance of providing options for users who still wish to access the application. In certain Windows versions, you may encounter an issue where the large QuickPhrase TaskBar icon cannot be clicked. Below are two alternative options for accessing QuickPhrase for continued use or uninstallation.
Option 1: Accessing QuickPhrase through SysTray Icons
Locate the Arrow Up icon to show hidden System Tray ICONs: Look for the tiny icons near the system clock on your taskbar. The Arrow Up icon is typically found among these icons.
- Click on the Arrow Up icon: Once you have identified the Arrow Up icon, click on it to expand the hidden icons.
Find QuickPhrase icon: Among the expanded icons, look for the QuickPhrase icon. It is represented by the QuickPhrase logo.
Access QuickPhrase: Click on the QuickPhrase icon to open the application and access its features.
Option 2: Using Hotkeys to Open QuickPhrase
Check your configured hotkey: If you have configured a hotkey, such as CTRL+ALT+Q, to open QuickPhrase, ensure that you are using the correct combination of keys.
Press the hotkey: Simultaneously press the configured hotkey (e.g., CTRL+ALT+Q) to trigger QuickPhrase to appear.
Verify hotkey configuration: If the hotkey does not work, confirm that you have set up the hotkey correctly in the QuickPhrase settings. Click PROPERTIES to Edit hotkeys.
