After you purchase TypingMaster, you receive the necessary details by email. Sometimes your email application may filter our email to spam by mistake, so try to search from the spam folder first. You can also get your invoice or receipt by logging in to the customer support area from our Support pages.
Q: How to get my money back / refund?
To initiate the refund process, kindly follow these steps within 30 days after your order:
1. Ensure that you uninstall the software from all your devices.
2. Send the refund request through contact form to us, or contact PayPro Global
3. Expect the refunded amount to be credited back to your card within 7-14 days.
