After you purchase TypingMaster, you receive the necessary details by email. Sometimes your email application may filter our email to spam by mistake, so try to search from the spam folder first. You can also get your invoice or receipt by logging in to the customer support area.

 

Q: How to get my money back / refund? 


To initiate the refund process, kindly follow these steps within 30 days after your order:


    Ensure that you uninstall the software from all your devices.


    Complete the refund request through our web form at the following link:

    Expect the refunded amount to be credited back to your card within 7-14 days.
