Unable to locate my license email after purchase?

Please visit our support page to log in and retrieve your link/key.   


If you cannot locate our emails, please make sure you look into your SPAM or Trash folder, sometimes important emails go to spam. You can use also the SEARCH feature in your email box to locate emails from mailer@fastspring.com.   


If you entered the wrong email when placing an order, you must visit our webstore operator FastSpring's support  www.questionacharge.com or request a refund.   


If you cannot locate your order or cannot remember what email was used to place your order, you can contact FastSpring to find it out with your credit card details:
