If you loaded TypingMagic 11 from Microsoft Store, TypingMeter is not available because of the easy silent installation. To activate all advanced features of TypingMagic 11, you would need to download the full installer package from the download page, just click the download button.
Also, TypingMeter is not available in you bought the economical TypingMagic 11 Standard License, it's only available in TypingMagic 11 Pro and TypingMagic 11 Premium versions.
