Dead key combinations - Fixed support for typing accented characters using dead key combinations (like ñ, á, é, ö) which are essential for many European and international keyboard layouts.
What was the problem?
Dead keys accessed via AltGr (common in Finnish, Spanish, German, French layouts) didn't work properly, characters like ñ couldn't be typed correctly when TypingMeter was running
Technical changes

* Added AltGr detection (Ctrl+Alt) to differentiate from regular Alt key shortcuts
