Multiple folders are needed for multiple teachers within the organization

Please note the important information from the network manual point 2.1:

NOTE: It's important that only one User Manager tool is taking care of one shared Data Sync Folder. Multiple folders are needed for organizations where multiple teachers are taking care of groups.

This means that each teacher should have a separate subfolder for their students. For example:

  •  /typingmaster/teacherjohn/
  •  /typingmaster/teachermary/

To ensure this file structure is correctly implemented, you need to install the User Manager on each teacher's laptop and set up the students accordingly.

Here’s a structured approach:

1. Create separate subfolders for each teacher.

2. Install the User Manager on each teacher's laptop.

3. Configure the synchronization settings to point to the corresponding subfolder.

4. Ensure each teacher's User Manager is responsible for their respective subfolder and students.

Following these steps ensure proper synchronization across all devices.
